Description
Actual dimensions of the furniture
We have already entered the dimensions of the furniture. Next, we add the centimeters that make the cover easy to put on and take off.
Height matters
We have included recommended measurements where the back cushions have been weighted down. If you think it fits, you don't need to change anything. But you can otherwise influence the height yourself. Place the cushions and pads as you want them under the cover. Then measure the height from the floor up to and including the top cushion. We subtract a few centimeters to create ventilation underneath.
Heavy duty elastic.
Each Dryboy cover comes with a sewn-in marine elastic at the bottom. You tighten this securely the first time you put the cover on and lock it with an associated FixLock (strong cord lock). You do not normally need to loosen this in the future.
Storm proof
To further secure the cover, we always supplement it with Dryboy storm straps. These are equipped with a carabiner at each end that you simply attach to the loops sewn into all our covers.

Special
Some furniture models, such as Ikea Havsten, have extra Velcro straps that are adapted to fit around the furniture legs.
A picture is everything
We like to remind you of the value of taking photos and attaching them to your order. It helps us to understand what your furniture looks like and thus do what we do best, customized covers.
Quality & Guarantee
The Dryboy™ is made from an Oeko-Tex® certified polyester fabric designed for durability and waterproofing in harsh outdoor conditions. Our production technique means that we can avoid seams on the top side and thus eliminate the risk of water leakage. That's why when you order a cover from Dryboy.se®, you get a five-year guarantee* that it will stay watertight!
Our fabric: Dryboy's unique outdoor fabric
100% Polyester 230gr/m2, completely PVC-free
A cover from Dryboy.se® is therefore fully recyclable (when the time comes, after many, many years of use).
Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Class IV
This important certificate means that our fabric is carefully tested to meet high human ecological standards and does not contain harmful chemicals.
2.000mm WP (water column)
This is the measurement that indicates how waterproof our fabric is. Of course, this is laboratory tested, but we also have an ongoing test in our production studio: in the summer of 2018, we lined an ordinary cardboard box with our cover fabric and filled the box with 10 liters of water. The box is still standing, still filled with water - and still completely dry!
Highly durable accessories, designed for marine use
A strong 6mm elastic runs internally along the bottom edge of the cover and ends in a robust Fix-Lock that gets tighter the more it is loaded.
The smallest possible footprint on the environment.
First, Dryboy's fabric is produced with great care, both in the weaving and dyeing process and in the special water-based finish that makes the fabric completely waterproof. Secondly, we use all the fabric from our extremely wide rolls; the parts that are cut out when we produce your cover are used to sew your storage bag. Plus, a Dryboy.se® cover extends the life of all the furniture and items it protects by many, many years - so you don't have to throw away and replace.
5-year waterproofing guarantee.
This is a unique promise that allows you as a customer to feel secure in the knowledge that your cover from Dryboy.se® really is watertight. But, of course, the guarantee only applies if you handle and care for your cover with normal care - and not if it is damaged, handled carelessly or washed with strong solvents. The warranty is also not valid if Dryboy AB, due to the design of the furniture, has had to sew a seam on the top of the cover or sew on a cover for e.g. a faucet or grill cover.
Care instructions
A Dryboy cover generally doesn't need cleaning as the rain usually does the job for you. Should you find that the cover still needs to be cleaned at some point, here's what to do:
Dirt and stains can be rinsed off under a jet of water (no high pressure). If necessary, use a sponge or a soft brush together with a small amount of mild detergent, e.g. a few drops of washing-up liquid in a bucket of water. Only cold or lukewarm water should be used, and avoid excessive friction, such as "rubbing" the fabric hard with a root brush. Rinse the fabric a few times with clean water until the stain is gone and then let the fabric air dry.
Do not use cleaning products containing chlorine or other strong solvents.
Take care of your Dryboy cover and it will last and look great for years to come.
